Haines City: Armed Robbery

An armed robbery which occurred on Thursday, May 27th at about 9:15 PM in the area of East Hinson Avenue and 30th Street in Haines City is being investigated by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Video of the incident shows two men getting out of a silver SUV (possibly a 2007-2010 Toyota Highlander) and attacking the victim.
The suspects stole money and property and fired a shot near the victim as they ran back to the vehicle. Fortunately, the victim was uninjured.
The suspects wore all black clothing, including gloves, and had white masks or some other type of facial cover.
The vehicle has a luggage rack, stock rims, sunroof, and tinted windows.
